Reservations and Cancelations
We are happy to accept advanced bookings by email, telephone or in person. These are considered provisional bookings until such a time that payment is received in full. Once payment is made there are no refunds or transfer of payments.
Payments
We accept cash, VISA, Master Card, VISA Electron, American Express, Maestro (UK issued), VISA Debit, Master Card Debit, Solo Cards and Company Cheques.
Security
Credit or Debit card details are required for security reasons (this is regardless of method of payment). Your card will only be charged if, after you check out, any items are missing from your room or there is damage done to your room.
Please note that card details are not kept beyond the duration of your room inspection following check out.
